2012 "Year of the Dragon" Silver Coins
The Perth Mint has just released the 2012 "Year of the Dragon" Silver Coins to the American Public. Minted as part of the Australian Silver Lunar Coin Series, these coins have limited worldwide mintages and a new design each year representing the ancient Chinese Lunar Calendar. The magnificent Silver Coins are struck in .999 fine Silver and are now available in a range of Silver Bullion sizes.

Magnificent Dragon Designs
The Perth Mint has created an exceptional design for the Year of the Dragon. The reverse features the Chinese Dragon with the Chinese symbol for Dragon along with the English inscription "Year of the Dragon." The "P" mint mark for the Perth Mint.
The obverse features Queen Elizabeth II. The inscriptions read "Australia", the date "2012", "999 Silver", and the weight and denomination of the coin.
Due to their high Silver content, prices will change daily and these coins will increase in price with rising Silver prices.
