The $2½ Liberty Gold Coins Minted from 1796-1907


The Liberty Gold Coin series offers rare coin collectors a fascinating glimpse of 19th Century American History! The $2½ Liberty gold coins had limited mintages from 1796-1907 and were used primarily as circulating coinage.

Due to their low mintage, the number of surviving $2½ Liberty gold coins are far less than their workhorse $20 Liberty counterparts.
