$10 Liberty Coin
The $10 Liberty Head gold coin, often referred to as an Eagle, was first issued in 1838 and was discontinued in 1907. Millions of coins were issued over the years at several branch mints, however, most coins have been lost, melted, or destroyed. Because of their large size and high gold content (.48375 ounces) they are very popular with investors and collectors today. All coins in this section have been not been graded by either PCGS or NGC, however, they have been evaluated and graded by our numismatists and are guaranteed to be in the assigned grade. Questions?
