Typically struck in .999 fine pure silver, one hundred ounce silver bars are minted at refineries all across the globe in different shapes and designs. They can typically be acquired for lower premiums than coins issued by world mints. For larger orders, call us for cash and quantity discounts and as always, save 3% with check or bank wire.

    We are excited to offer the 100 Ounce Royal Canadian Silver Bars for several reasons, they are easy to transport and both their Silver content and the quality of minting is to the highest standards.

    Silver Bars tend to be the lowest premium over the spot price when you are purchasing the Metal. However, when you are selling them, you tend to get paid a small premium below the spot price.

    There is a buy / sell spread on all metal. Silver Bars have the lowest premiums, Silver Rounds are a little more expensive than Silver Bars and Silver Coins are a little more expensive than Silver Rounds.

    This scale is there when you buy and when you sell. We can pay the least amount over spot for Silver Bars, we pay a little more for Silver Rounds, and we pay a little more than that for Silver Coins.

    The only downside to owning Silver Bars is they are Non-private.

    This means that when we purchase 1,000 Oz. of Silver Bars from an individual in a 12 month period we have to file a 1099-B.

    You can purchase as many of the Bars as you want, however when you sell, anything sold over 1,000 ounces will require additional paperwork.

    Coins are Private, so you can buy or sell as many as you like without any invasive paperwork.
