Sometime over the next week the first shipments of Gold American Eagles and American Gold Buffalo Coins will arrive from the U.S. Mint.
These first shipments fall under the "First Strike" classification, which means they were struck using freshly etched dies and are among the first coins issued in the new year. This results in coins produced with razor-sharp detail and incredible eye-appeal.
Lowest Gold Prices in Years
To many of our clients, current gold prices are extremely attractive after falling 29% in 2013. Since the fundamentals for higher prices haven't changed, we feel this is a perfect time to add to your holdings. Keep in mind that before Gold's ascent to $1,900 back in August of 2011, the last time Gold was $1,240 an ounce was in August of 2010-nearly three and a half years ago. From there, over the next 12 months gold surged nearly 50% in value!
