2026 1-oz American Silver Eagle
The American Silver Eagle carries the full faith of the United States Mint into every stack it touches, and the 2026 issue continues a program that has run without interruption since 1986. These are legal-tender one dollar coins struck by the U.S. Mint from one full troy ounce of .999 fine silver, with the weight, purity, and content guaranteed by the U.S. government. Bullion Silver Eagles carry no mintmark. Singles and small quantities ship in protective coin flips, larger quantities generally ship in U.S. Mint tubes of 20, and volume orders are reserved for sealed U.S. Mint monster boxes of 500.
The obverse carries Adolph A. Weinman's Walking Liberty, originally designed for the half dollar in 1916, showing Liberty draped in the American flag striding toward a rising sun with laurel and oak branches gathered in her left arm. The inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date 2026 surround her. The reverse features Emily Damstra's eagle in flight, wings spread as it approaches its perch carrying an oak branch, with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and 1 OZ. FINE SILVER around the rim. Each coin comes to us in brilliant uncirculated condition with the bright, frosty luster of a fresh mint strike.
