The modern Morgan and Peace Silver Dollar Series continues with the second release of 2023 which will be issued in proof. A specialized minting process creates a spectacular looking coin with a stunning two-tone finish featuring a highly-reflective background contrasted with frosted, matte details. This is the first-ever modern Proof Morgan and Peace Dollar and we’re already seeing high demand as enthusiasts want to add the latest addition to their MS-70 versions acquired earlier this year.
Just 400,000 of each will be struck at the US Mint’s San Francisco branch as indicated by their “S” mint-mark adding to their popularity. As always, each coin will be made of .859-oz. of .999-fine silver, ensuring the proof finish will really shine on these big silver dollars.

We expect to begin receiving and shipping in the first half of September, but you should secure your sets immediately, before they sell out completely.
